By the time a business owner meets with us, they usually need to make some marketing decisions pretty quickly and get things moving. After a preliminary one-on-one meeting to get to know each other and determine if there is a good fit, here’s our process for onboarding and working together:
LET’S COMMIT TO EACH OTHER
We will send you our Engagement Agreement where we spell out exactly what MarketShare is going to do for you and what we have agreed to together. Once you sign it and send it back, we can get started.
First Marketing Strategy Meeting
Upon receiving the Engagement Agreement, we schedule our first marketing meeting. We plan for 2-3 hours depending on the size and complexity of the project. We schedule our next meeting at the end of this first get together. You will receive a summary of our initial meeting and we will spell out next steps including what we will be doing, and what will be required of you and your staff for the next meeting.
The creative juices start flowing
After the first meeting, we roll up our sleeves and get to work. We plan our brainstorming session with our team and get going on your projects.
Ongoing Work
Once the project or campaign gets underway, we will meet regularly and have emails and phone calls to update you on our progress. It’s important for us to have your input along the way. There are often additional schedules that have to be met, such as photography, meetings with our social media team member, conversations with the web developer, etc. We are on top of every project so you can be assured that everything will be completed to your expectations.
